✅ Conditions for Return
- Unpacking Video Required
- Please record a clear unboxing/unpacking video from the moment you open the package.
- This video will serve as proof in case of any damage or defect.
- Valid Reasons for Return
- Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect in the product or if there has been a mistake from our side (wrong product, wrong size, missing items, etc.).
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of color, design, or change of mind.
- Return Shipping Process
- If return pick-up is available from our side, we will arrange it for you.
- If pick-up is not available, customers are kindly requested to send the product to our given return address.
- Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is delivered and inspected at our office.
- Please allow 20–25 working days for the return to reach us and for the refund to be processed.

- The product must be returned in unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Exchange or replacement will depend on product availability.
